I just made an order, but I did not receive a confirmation email.

Sometimes those emails like to hide in your spam/junk folder. First, search “Mikra” in your inbox to try to find it. If you are still unable to find the order confirmation email, please contact us at hello@wearemikra.com and we’ll happily resend your confirmation.

You can add hello@wearemikra.com to your contacts and follow your email provider's instructions to whitelist our email and never miss an email from us again.
